I already have the CPU (i5-3570) and I'm hung up on the system having a GTX 770 SC

I need the monitor mouse, keyboard, wifi and the OS (8 Preferred)

Not sure if my budget can cover it all but if someone could give me a list for this I would appreciate it.

N3C is it possible to drop the budget to around 750-800 without damaging the performance too much?

There is honestly nothing I can take off. Maybe shave $30 on a monitor by going to a cheaper / smaller one.
