Which Motherboard should I use?

This is my current build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/txkTzy

Do you guys know any motherboard that is cheaper and WILL give me the same results in the end as the one I've picked? Please be precise, I'm not the best at this.

I'm not familiar enough with overclocking to attempt doing anything for a looong time, unless I spend several hours learning about it and stuff like that. I probably will overclock when I'm more familiar and know more about the whole thing... I don't wanna set fire to my house, you know? LOL.

If I was to overclock, I would probably take a H100i Water Cooler instead...

Solution
i would choose the fatal1ty board , The psu will fit , your case takes standard atx PSU's
There are better PSU's out there , myself personaly i would not go with the evga PSU
but would get a modular PSU for easier cable management and a Psu from
Seasonic/xfx ( also made by seasonic ) or any psu from the Corsair HX,TX or AX range of PSU's
The psu will suck air into the psu with the big fan and exhaust air through the rear of the case
Off of your original question because I would say pheonix answered it nicely I would suggest you wait a couple weeks and get the 4790k instead of the 4770k. It will OC better when you choose to and will perform a bit better at stock. All for virtually the same price

Thanks for the answer!

Well, the thing is... I probably won't have the full budget before a couple months, so... By the time I get it, I will be changing the CPU to the 4790K that's 100% sure.

I'm just trying to figure out the best motherboard for a lower price than what I've listed... Mickypheonix listed some good ones as well but I'm not the best at computers so I don't really know which one is best for the items I've listed. :(

Motherboards are the toughest component to pick in my mind because there are so many and so many variations. What I would suggest is figuring out what features you need. Does your case have 3 fans or 4? well that will affect which mobo you use since you will want enough fan headers on the board. Things like that. Then get the cheapest one that has everything you need. Although asking again if the one you select is a good one is a good idea. Typically the best budget quality boards have been the asrock extreme4 lately

If getting a 780 TI and a 4790K get a decent motherboard , its pointless spending over $1100 on cpu and card and buying a really cheap motherboard
if you are unsure , google and youtube are your friends , check reviews , see what overclocks they get etc

I'm pretty confused and picky so this is gonna be quite a challenge for me... My native language isn't english, so...

Fan headers = connectors am I right? Also, I'm pretty sure after looking at reviews that the Corsair Air 540 has 3 fans in it... How do I know how many fan headers there is on a motherboard? Also, looking at reviews from LinusTechTips... The Corsair Air 540 has cables on the right side where you put the PSU but I don't understand... your PSU comes with cables and the case too? It's really confusing. In this case my PSU is EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply... Too many cables... I'm sooo confuzzled.

I have to agree with what you said but I don't wanna go out and go over my budget and ruin myself... Also, I'm not an expert at overclocking so I will probably not be overclocking for a couple weeks / months after finishing my PC... There's not much point to have an excessively good motherboard with a lot of overclocking options since I don't know much about all of that gibberish.

When you look at the specifications for motherboards it should tell you how many case fan connectors there are as well as cpu fan connectors. Studying the specifications of each board is the best thing to do. Some sites like newegg (in US) let you compare products which can help with looking at how boards differ from each other.

read your motherboard manual and research answers before assembling your computer.
like i said youtube and google are your friends
if you want to know how to hook up your case connectors for your front panel watch a youtube vid or read the manual
how to install a cpu and cooler
how to install a motherboard
how to hook up a hard drive and install an os on it
etc etc etc
its not rocket science but some research might help save some headaches along the way or costly mistakes
you spend to much money to ruin it with a silly mistake.

off topic a bit
was a guy on this forum not so long ago was not sure how to install a cpu and cooler , he put thermal paste in the cpu socket and then pushed the cpu into the socket and installed the cooler , he wrecked his mobo and cpu with one silly mistake

research or if not sure post a thread here and we are more than happy to help :)

I'm fine with everything as far as I know... I'm just really confused about all those cables, etc...

But hey, what is your suggestion for a motherboard? I need enough fan headers for my case.

The Corsair Air 540 ATX case has 3 fans in it... Including the PSU fan, the CPU Cooler fan and the fan from the GPU is quite a lot of fans to me...

I don't and won't care much about overclocking for probably a really long time...

Here is the build once again if you want to suggest me any good motherboard to go along this build that WILL work and all the cables needed will go in the connectors... I don't want to make a mistake. ( Your links from earlier are now broken they don't want to open for me )

If there was a single connector missing for something I would probably break a few things around my house so I need help from someone with knowledge... It helps me learn more than myself alone.

Sounds good... So, if you were me... with that build... Which motherboard would YOU use? It's pretty much the last step that I need to figure out...

Only thing I'm scared of is that the PSU will not fit inside my case even tho it said that it's compatible on PcPartPicker...

According to this different version of my PSU... It totally fits inside. : http://i.imgur.com/Lsa0DER.jpg (I'm talking about that metal bar, of course)

If I understand correctly... The PSU fan will suck in hot air and push it outside? Is that how it works? Because the side panel on that side has no air holes if it's the other way around.

Well, from what I've seen and heard from people the PSU that I chose is probably one of the best on the market right now which is the reason I picked it... It's not too costy and it looks pretty cool as well, pretty good quality as far as I know... Anything else that I should change? Will anything connect correctly and fit with what I chose?

Also, isn't the PSU I listed fully modular meaning easy cable management?

If not, what's your PSU suggestion @750Watts that fits in the Corsair Air 540?

Sounds good to me then... If anything newer comes out when I have the budget ready for use I will change a few things here and there... Such as motherboard, etc... By the time I even get the budget ready there's probably gonna be something better than the i7-4790k... but oh well, we will see when I get to that point...

Planetside 2, Battlefield 4, Call of Duty series, Crysis Series, ArcheAge, WildStar, FarCry Series, Ghost Recon Phantoms and a few other games is what I'm planning to play... Might do some live streaming as well.

Any idea around what FPS I will be running the games that I've listed @1080p? I don't really know any good websites to gauge / benchmark the specs that I'm gonna have...

Now here comes the struggle of saving everything I've been told all over the forums and put it on a USB Key for future uses...
