Hey guys! I'm looking for some advice on what graphics card(s) I should buy for a new build I'll be doing later this summer. I plan on gaming at 1440p, and I would like my MINIMUM framerate to be 60fps. Games I'll be playing a lot will be Witcher 3, Battlefiled 4, Dota 2, and Far Cry 4. I would like to be able to max out almost everything (including VSync), except for maybe some of the more intense AA settings, such as ubersampling in the Witcher 3.
I would prefer to keep the amount I spend on my graphics solution below $1000. What setup should I buy? I was considering pairing a couple of used R9 290s from ebay, but I don't know if that will be enough to play the Witcher 3 or Far Cry 4 with my hefty requirements. Are there any new cards coming out this year I should wait for?
