questions:
1. what is the best way to mod my case to fit the rads(could i get away w/o moding?)
2. how big of rads do i need?(whats the general rule of thumb)
3. is my psu gonna be sufficient to power everything?

Solution
Only way to fit more than a 240mm rad is to mod the case. You will probably need more than a single 240mm rad for an AMD CPU and two AMD GPU's. You will need at least 2 240mm rads. Your PSU will be fine but I somehow doubt you will be able to fit all the rads in your case, even with modding. Maybe upgrade to a H440 or Corsair 600D or up
