I dont have but i will buy.Can i buy USB-LAN Adapter to solve this problem and will ethernet work with this adapter??They cited on box that this adapter is for computers who LAN port is died or cant work for some reason... What better: PCI network card or USB-LAN adapter???

It really depends how fast you intend to use the ethernet card at. If it is just for surfing the internet you will see no difference. USB2 is limited to I think around 400mbit. This is also only in a single direction. Gigabit ethernet is 1g in both directions so 2g total. Someone else who knows more about the PCI internal cards would have to comment on the variations of those but they tend to be faster and claim full 1g full duplex speeds.

If you machine has USB3 that in theory at least can run a full duplex gig card.

Although it is unlikely be sure you do not have usb1 interfaces on your machine.

If this was wireless then it would not matter since even 802.11ac is only now starting to approach the 400mbit limitation on usb2.

A PCI card is technically "better" but if you are not going to use the extra speed then does it really matter.
