hello.
im using my lenovo ideapad for almost 4 years now and i havent got a problem ever since until it caught a virus and something was really wrong so i decided to not use it. i want to bring it to a repair shop but i havent got the time so it remained unused for almost a year. i turned it on every once in a while just to check, maybe just 3 times that whole year. then it was summer so i decided to bring it to a repair shop nearby. it was reformatted and was perfectly working. he showed it to us with the charger plugged to it, he turned it off then unplgged the charger.
i went home then checked my laptop. i tried to turn it on but it wont. then i thought maybe it needs to be charged so i plugged the charger to the laptop and it turned on. i saw from the battery icon bellow that it is 97% charged. i was really confused because i thought it was low on battery, so i unplugged the charger. the moment i unplugged it, it shut down. i dont know what to do please HELP. your reply wil really help me A LOT.
