I wanna create a new partition which is the D drive. Then, i shrinked the primary partition which is C drive about 100GB of them. But, the unallocated space doesn't showed up. Unallocated space has to be partitioned & formatted in Disk Management so that a drive letter is assigned to it.

Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management

Right-click on the unallocated space and choose "Create new simple volume".
When that's done (it only takes a few seconds) right-click on that new partition and choose "Format".
