My rig:
Intel Pentium E5400 2.7Ghz
19" LG Flatron Monitor
Intex Cherry Mouse+Keyboard
500 GB Samsung HD
Intex 450W PSU

I'm buying a GTX 750.
Now my question is will my gpu bottleneck with my cpu and psu? or my psu is not enough to power all the parts.

The GTX 750 requires 20A and a 400w psu. I believe yours is only 19A. You are going to need a new PSU to begin with. And as for bottleneck, it is your cpu that will bottleneck the gtx 750. Will be bottleneck be bad enough that you cannot play games depends on the games.

A GTX750 is very power efficient. It is powered entirely by the pcie X16 slot.
Your pc should run on as little as 150-200w.
Your psu should be more than enough.
My only concern is that intec may be a poor quality psu. Since it has been working for you, go ahead and use it.
Poor quality psu's are a problem mostly from when they fail or do not deliver advertised power.

To help clarify your CPU/GPU options, run these two tests:

a) Run your games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

b) Limit your cpu, either by reducing the OC, or, in windows power management, limit the maximum cpu% to something like 70%.
This will simulate what a lack of cpu power will do.

Go to control panel/power options/change plan settings/change advanced power settings/processor power management/maximum processor state/
set to 70% and see how you do.
