I am experiencing flickering and objects re-texturing whilst playing games. HELP!!!

I am at the point of madness with my pc. When i play games i get: grass lines, badly rendered objects at a distance, Trees and building's re-texture and object's only appear at certain angles.
I need help with this, if this doesn't get resolved it might turn me away from pc gaming forever!!!
HELP!! I also need to say that it didnt do this from the start my graphics has been replaced and my drivers are
up to date and ive wipe the pcs a few times.

sounds like your video card or OS has old drivers.

make sure all your drivers are up-to-date and read the system requirements of the game, maybe your graphics card isnt good enough.

did you have a previous graphics card? you might have some conflicting drivers from the previous card. there are some programs to help you wipe all traces of old graphics card drivers. sometimes when you upgrade the gfx card this can happen. if all else fails, you can try to re-install windows or whatever OS you are using.

maybe the pci slot you are using is bad? do you have an extra pci e slot to try? also be sure to check the quality of your connectors and wires, if you have gold plated hdmi connections try rubbing them with a clean eraser.
