Thought I'd ask here first and save me a lot of trouble working out how much power my computer consumes if I'm well within the limits.

I have a 650TXM Corsair PSU and I'm wondering if I'll need to get a new power supply if I fit in a GTX 670 FTW to use it as a dedicated physx card.

My specs are as follows;

Intel i5-3570 @ 3.4GHz stock
Asus P8Z77-V LX
EVGA GTX 780 ACX Classified
8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
1TB Western Digital Caviar Black 7200rpm
1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm

If you need any other info, just ask. your help is appreciated.

I'm not doing sli, it's a separate card specifically for the purpose of handling the physx in a game that doesn't require an sli setup, this is besides the point = ). Good to know, it was only a thought since I have a 670 lying around (probably sell it).

edit - sneaky edit you did there = P, It's just that physx is so much a hog it's ridiculous, I'm playing batman arkham city which came out in 2011 and I can't run the physx on high and maintain a solid 60fps, same goes for ACIV where it's so jittery on physx high.

I just happen to have a 670 and thought I could put it to some use.

Most recent(ish) games with an actual physx option seem to have this problem where you need a ridiculous set up to run it properly (60+ fps).
