I have the corsair 300r windowed and i want help for the setup.... I have came up with 2 front 2 top 2 side and 1 rear....i am going to take 2 120mm jetflo for front but i dont know what to choose for rear ( exhaust) side (120mm of what and either exhaust or intake) and top (120mm of what and either exhaust or intake)

More about : fans choose

I'd put the Jetflos as the exhaust, then put something that has less airflow than a Jetflo on the front and side (more exhaust than intake is advised).
I personally use Aerocool sharks as they have decent enough airflow, 100,000 hours MTBF and cables are nicely sleeved. But its up to you what fans to choose, I know Enermax have some really good fans.

Exhaust is rear and top. Intake is front, bottom and side.
Also if you do add side fans make sure they are not too powerful otherwise you will just disrupt the airflow flowing through the case. Try this is you are confused:

Your PC is gonna be loud! What I would do is put 2 Jetflos on top, one Jetflo on the rear, and then 2 front intake fans and then one Turbine master on the side (low CFM so won't disrupt airflow).

What do you mean by better. The Jetflos have 96 CFM while the Aerocool Sharks still have around 80ish CFM which is still very good.
