Im having trouble booting into windows from my bios

I get into the bios, (im not sure which option to chose for boot option, i have an iso on a flash drive), so when i press f10 and try booting nothing really happens except for the message that says reboot and select proper boot devise. Can anyone help me boot into windows?

I just need some kind of step by step instructions on what to do.

Read the motherboard user guide for bios info

Often F12 or F8 Takes you to bios option to choose which device to boot from

I presume you are installing or re installing windows
Are you installing from USB as there is no DVD drive ?

Did you use the windows 7 program for putting a windows 7 or 8 DVD or ISO image onto a USB memory stick?
Or some other method as just putting ISO image onto a USB memory stick will not work
Can you borrow a USB DVD drive and use a windows DVD ?
