Hey All! I am about to start ordering all my parts and I want one last opinion on if I can run modern games like Arma 3 on Medium-High. Could anyone tell me if this is able to play Arma 3 or any other modern game on Medium? Thanks!

Swap the PSU for an XFX Core 550w. Plus, you may want an aftermarket cooler for the CPU. The standard heat sink is poor. I recommend the Cooler Master Hyper T4 or 212 EVO. Both will cool down that CPU without a sweat.

That's what I would recommend. For the mouse look for an anker or eblue cobra mouse on amazon ( cheap and look nice). Could also probably find the keyboard cheaper on amazon since the one in your link doesn't include the shipping cost.
