Hey All! I am about to start ordering all my parts and I want one last opinion on if I can run modern games like Arma 3 on Medium-High. Could anyone tell me if this is able to play Arma 3 or any other modern game on Medium? Thanks!

Mine is still cheaper with recent changes I made, although it is a nice build, he/she did not factor in things like OS and periphials.

That's what I would recommend. For the mouse look for an anker or eblue cobra mouse on amazon ( cheap and look nice). Could also probably find the keyboard cheaper on amazon since the one in your link doesn't include the shipping cost.
