You could probably shave off a few extra dollars here and there, but this is what I'd go for.

Do you need 16GB of ram? not saying its too much but i would get 8GB for now, get a better PSU like the XFX 650W and a better motherboard .

In all honesty, I'd rather have a 550W tachyon powering my system than a 600W CX. The stated recommendations are always overstated. A 550W can power a gtx 780 if it is decent quality, and the tachyon is extreme high quality.

That said, I would rather have 600W over 550W for the headroom. Just not the CX. It's made as an entry level PSU, not a high end gaming machine.

Nice PSU listed in the post above (XFX), great price for a high quality 650W

You should change the CPU to Hashwell Refresh i5 4690 , better and cheaper and I'm not gonna do any overclockring

I'd personally keep the i5-4670k, overclocking could give you a good few extra frames for CPU-intensive games, but here's the build without it.

I'd call the cooler optional for this build, but for quieter and cooler performance, it's always better to have an aftermarket heat-sink.

Also, 16GB of RAM isn't necessary for minecraft as it's reported to never use anymore than 4GB RAM at once according to the wiki ( http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Hardware_requirements ). I believe it runs mainly from your GPUs VRAM, but it's not reported on the wiki.
