Hey everyone,
Listed below is the parts that I have chosen for a gaming PC that I will be making in the near future, I just want to make sure that they are all compatible and will be safe.
Case: NZXT Phantom 410
CPU: AMD FX-9590 4.7GHz
Motherboard: Asus crosshair V formula-Z
I need help on choosing what cooling systems, graphics card (I do not want a graphics card that is above £350/$500) and what PSU I should get.

Solution
What's your budget for the full system? It seems quite large.

Absolutely avoid the FX 9590 as WoodenSaucer said - judging from your budget you should avoid AMD CPUs altogether. A 3.4-3.9GHz Intel 4770K will outperform the FX 9590 in almost all situations.

Dude, in my opinion, you should seriously rethink the FX-9590. An i7-4770k is exactly the same price, and it's a much superior CPU. As for the GPU, you could get a GeForce GTX 780 for $500 or less.
