Heelo, I recently bought an i5-3570k, but my MB is a z68ap-D3, so I had to download the new Bios to overclock is over 3.8, but now the UA9 Bios update isn't recognising my CPU, I'm currently using an old Sandy i3.

When I try to downgrade to version FC via Q-Flash it brings up an error, I formatted by USB. It's the same USB I used to go to UA9, but now I can't go back and the @Bios program won't let me downgrade using the "update from file" option it says "The series number of your new bios is not correct", no idea what it means.

Please halp.

"The series number of your new bios is not correct"

It's not the correct BIOS version for your particular motherboard. It's for a different board model.

I checked the manufacturer's website for your board model (both rev.1.0 & rev. 2.0) and the BIOS versions listed there do not tally with yours (unless there's another board revision I overlooked).
