The parts are:
CPU: AMD FX 8350
GPU: SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 7850 OC 2GB EDITION
RAM: MUSHKIN ENHANCED BLACKLINE 2X4GB
PSU: CORSAIR 430 WATT (My uncle had it as an extra.)

The fx 8320 is the same thing as the 8350, just underclocked. Save 50$ there, get a better power supply/motherboard and add in an aftermarket cooler and overclock the 8320 to the 8350 speeds.

You may struggle with regards to that PSU, considering the power usage of the CPU and GPU combined.
