2fps in battlefield 3

So i usually play Battlefield 3 maxed out 60+ fps and whatnot with my gtx 760. But recently i cannot get above 2 fps in multiplayer. No idea why, i have reinstalled my nvidia drivers 2 times now both fresh installs, repaired bf3 and still get 2 fps my specs are as follows

CPU amd a10-5700 apu(yes i know its a major bottlekneck)
GPU asus gtx 760 OC
RAM 8 GB 1333hz
MOBO FM2-a75ma-E35

PS. can play bf4 50+ fps no problem just in bf3

You say MP. Well then its probably your network. Can you play BF4 MP at good FPS???

Yes, campaign has 2-10 fps in bf3 and bf4 mp is completely fine

Anytime bf3 starts both in singleplayer and multiplayer i have unplayable fps while in every other game i have the fps is 60+

When you installed new drivers, did you delete the previous old ones? They could be conflicting. Have you tried closing down programs. maybe there's something running in the background, look at task manager and see what processes are currently running and also how quick your CPU is processing information. As for the game, I think the single player relies a lot on the CPU.

I did 2 FRESH installs of Nvidia drivers, made sure no other intensive programs were running and that bf3 was high priority and none of it helped, my cpu was running at 40-70% capacity
