Hi I am new to building a computer and i don't know how many case fans i will need for this particular gaming build. And I don't mind the noise that fans make, but i just don't know what to look for in case fans. Could I please get some feedback? And, could someone also tell me if i will have any incompatibility issues now or down the road. Thank you so much and i would really appreciate the help. My specs are below:

Read this on setting up air flow in your system - it will explain everything you need to know: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cooling-airflow-heatsink,3053.html

But as far as your system goes, you're throwing money away needlessly on things like the mouse mat (no mouse mat is worth $40, IMO), thermal compound and fan controller (especially since your case has a built in fan controller). And 32GB of RAM will be wasted on a gaming rig. You could drop all that stuff and invest in something like this:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($239.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Eisberg 240L Prestige 60.2...

That is how this kind of money should be spent on a gaming rig - the GPU comes first, everything else comes second, and the GTX 780TI is the best single GPU solution on the market. And that still gives you $400 to spend on keyboard, mouse and monitor, but really - the $40 mouse mat and $16 thermal compound are huge wastes of money.
