Okay, a little background info:
AMD fx-8350 not overclocked
cm hyper 212 evo
Gigabyte 990fxa ud3
550 xfx pro series psu
xfx 7850 1gb vid card
1tb seagate baracuda hdd
generic lg disk burner/drive
16(2x8)gb of http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1682...

My question is this: Is my ram running at the correct frequency? I know that it comes automatically set to run at 1333 and that i could change that in the BIOS by setting it to xmp1 and making sure the cas and all that were at the right setting. Im wondering if it really is running at the right speed or not. I am using et6 and will include attached screencaps of what it is telling me. it says the power on is 1334 and the target is 1866. Im wondering if that means it is only running at 1334 and if so what i need to do to change that.

Check your Ram speed in BIOS.IF it is 1333Mhz, just overclock it upto 1600 and if the system is stable, go to 1866.

I did and i set it to 1866 in bios my question is if you can tell if it is actually running at the speed. I'm new to this and do not know how to tell if it is or not.

Install CPU-Z and it will tell you the correct speed of your RAM.
Btw, if you have set up your RAM through BIOS at 1866, it will surely be running at 1866.
