I'm planning to build a new PC soon, and i have no idea what case could situate this 13'in GPU (HIS iPower IceQ X2 r9 280x), also i want a Case with nice ventilation seeing these cards get quite hot, Preferably Between the range of 30-60 $

The rest of the System if needed:
PSU: Corsairs CX600M (would this psu meet the Gpu requirements?)
Ram: G.SKill Ripjaws X Series 8gb 1866mhz
CPU: Amd 8320
HDD: 1tb Wd Black
GPU: r9 280x
Mb: ASUS M5A97

Solution
R9-280X requires 30 Amps on the 12v rail & a 550W PSU minimum

Corsair CX 600M has 46 Amps on the 12v rail, this is acceptable. It does lack for quality however.

Recommended PSU
XFX Pro 650W 80+ bronze ($79.99): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207014

Recommended case
Corsair Carbide 200R ($49.99): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139018&cm_re=corsair_200r-_-11-139-018-_-Product

Fits's graphics cards up to 430mm long with the middle front drive bay removed.
