I'm thinking of buying a budget dedicated graphics card for my PC. I'm currently thinking of buying a MSI GeForce GTX760 Twin Frozr IV OC 2GB (cost ~240 €). Maybe someone can suggest a better card for my PC specs?

PC specs:
CPU: AMD Trinity A10-5800K
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7660D (integrated)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75M-DGS
RAM: 2x4GB Kingston 1600mz
PSU: Chieftec 500w gpa-500s8

My budget is 250€ max.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

That power supply does not provide enough amps on the 12V rail. 32A is required for a GTX 760, that PSU only provides 22

Which means, unfortunately, you will probably have to buy a new power supply if you want to be able to use a GTX 760 in your PC. :(

I'm thinking of buying a Chieftec GPS-700A8 700 watt PSU for the graphics card. Will that be enough?

Do you have any website that you can link us to so we can see what other choices are there to buy?
The Chieftec GPS-700A8 700 is enough for a GTX 760 but there could be better alternatives. The quality of that psu is not that bad but it could be better.
