I just purchased a new monitor, hooked it up via dvi to my gtx 770. Screen was up but needed to change the resolution, so i did to the max which is supported (1920 x 1080). After the screen refreshed i got my desktop with no icons or start menu, nothing.
So i rebooted and after the windows load screen i get a blank screen now
I booted up in safe mode and got my desktop back with all the icons and start menu. I uninstalled all the drivers from nvidia then i rebooted in normal mode. I successfully got to my widows desktop with all my start menus and icons. Windows then automatically installs my gtx 770 drivers and i go through the same crap every time now.
Any help would be sweet
