faulty power supply?

I currenty have a seasonic 750watts x series psu .when ever i unplug or turn the power supply off it wont turn back on i have to wait a few mins before im able to turn it back on. I can leave my compter running for days or even a few weeks it runs fine ...also sometimes when i un plug a usb device the computer will run in slow motion and you have to wait a few min or reset it before it runs properly it seems to happen by chance . The psu less than a year old not sure if its faulty

I have not seen that before. That isn't normal for a Seasonic power supply. I have a Seasonic Platinum 860 and it is pretty much instantaneous when switched on like every other power supply I've used.

I would contact customer service, because that shouldn't happen.
