I have a h-55 and I love it. Only has 1 flaw. It comes with a 3-pin fan and on most mobo's the CPU cooler header requires a 4-pin pwm fan in order to be software controlled. I love my cm 690II case, kinda ticked they came out with III couple months after I bought it lol. Moved the stock exhaust to bottom intake and run my h-55 as top exhaust. Max temp @ 4.37 OC running prime95 small fft's, is 74C. Specs in link.

At 220w capability, the NiC4 is a stronger cooler than the 185w Hyper212 EVO, the Performer 3.0 is intrinsically the same as a h-60 dual fan setup, and the h-55 brings up the rear (barely) as the least capable. That said, both the NiC4 and EVO will have fitment issues in smaller/thinner cases, vrs the CLC's which will mount in any case with a 120mm fan port.

As I said it is hard to make a suggestion when we don't know what is available to you. Noctua coolers are the best in my opinion, but not available to you. Are Cooler Master CPU air coolers available?

Of the ones you linked, I would go with the Thermaltake air cooler.
I would probably go with a Cooler Master air cooler over that one because they tend to be cheaper with good quality.

Best bet. Post a link or 2 to some websites that actually will be accessible to you. That way ppl can see what your full range of options are. The cm 690 III is large enough to handle just about every tower I can think of, so I doubt fitment will be an issue other than if you have a side mount fan.
