I could do however Noctua's, although there is nothing better than them in the market for air, aren't aesthetically appealing in my opinion unlike watercooling solutions.
^This is obviously just another benefit of having a rad. I could clock the processor to 5GHz with the rad my upping the voltage and my case and fans woudld allow for plenty of airflow :)

To go that High you would need an expensive rad like kraken x60/61, H110, or Nepton 280L as h100i is pretty comparable to nh-d15 noctua air cooler as far as temps. Another consideration is you want to do 5GHz you do know that most Cpus wont go that high right ?

I know mine probably won't but the new devils canyons and AMD's 8 cores probably could

Well unless you want to enter overclocking competitions there is really no reason to go beyond 4.4ghz on any CPU as no game would ever fully utilize it but if you do those are your options for AIO closed loops. Also you said Noctuas look bad BUT not anymore their releasing black fans! http://www.noctua.at/inc/imageviewer.php?item=84&pnr=0

The new fans are industrial pcc ones which are supposed to be more noisy than the orginals (because they are desgined to be quiet) and are very expensive per unit. For one 120mm noctua black industrial fan I can get 3 corsair SPs in one pack
