After looking up a few things I am still confused as to what "System Builder" is. I am currently ordering all of my parts for my PC and came across this version of Windows 8.1. Is System Builder what I am looking for. I will only be using Windows 8 for my personal gaming PC. Is there any problems I will have with the OS? Thanks.
