I've been having a problem with my GPU for a very long time now and I've gotten fed up with it. I encounter the problem about GPU's not responding but then recovering countless times and I know why it does this now. I have Gigabyte Radeon HD 7750 2gb and overclocked to 850 MHz. 850 MHz is unstable and causes my games to crash which is irritating. Sometimes it will not go up to 850 MHz when I try using external clocking programs to keep it at 800 or below but it seems to find a way to piss me off my crashing my games by going back to 850 MHz -.-

Please help me to either keep it at 800 MHz or lower or make my computer stable with 850 MHz.
My full specs are:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition CPU
Gigabyte 970A-D3 Motherboard
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7750 2GB @ 850 MHz
Kingston HyperX RAM (2x4)
Corsair CX430 PSU

Thanks.

go into CCC and set the GPU clock speed in there, that should resolve your issue.

Uninstall MSI Afterburner or stop it from running then go to CCC and set the Gpu clock speed afterburner is changing the gpu speed to 850mhz so uninstall it and your problem should go away.
