Hi:)
I do not know what to get between the ps4 or the xbox one.
I am going to record a lot of gameplay for youtube using my elgato game capture hd.
I see a lot of youtubers do pink-slips on xbox one.
Titanfall is not a big thing for me.

Overall my question is what should i get between these two consoles.

the answer to that question is very very simply, you need to consider two things:

1. what console do your friends have?.....whatever they have, get the same console...there's no point in getting a console that your friends dont play on (unless you're not really into that multiplayer thing)

2 This one is very important....what games do you play?....which exclusives do you prefer?....as you can see, i'm a massive Last of us fan (playstation exclusive) so if i were you i would get the PS4, if i liked an Xbox exclusive, i would get that


and everyone else here, the OP didnt ask if its a good idea to get a console or not, theres nothing wrong with either pc or console, honestly sometimes i wish i had got the PS4 instead of PC, but other times i'm happy with my choice

Some of my friends play on the ps4 and the other ones play on the xbox one.
I play fifa so the possibility to do pink-slips with youtubers that have an xbox one is a huge plus for that console.
I don't only play fifa, I play other games to.
Is it true that i cannot record on ps4 with a capture card?

well as far as i've heard, as of now you can not use third party capture cards on the ps4 ...but i'm not an expert in consoles so you might wanna ask someone better with consoles, maybe publish a whole new thread about using capture cards on ps4?


EDIT: also, i forgot to mention this, whether you prefer kinect or ps move will also affect your decision
pros n cons of both:
Kinect: pros...controller-free, more of a family type thing, very good games based on exercise/ sports, can calculate your heart rate...so cool
cons...slow to respond to your movements, games might be a bit childish for mature gamers...microsoft can spy on you...no i'm just kidding :p

PS move: pros...very fast to respond, more mature game support, the ps controller itself also have a 'move' thing built into it so better integration of technologies, can use as imaginary light-saber...so cool
cons...not 'controller-free', family games are there, but not as good as kinect, not very good at sport/ exercise games apart from tennis etc. (how do you imagine playing football with the ps move?)

well you prefer the kinect over the move, you prefer xbox exclusives over playstation ones, the ps4 cant use a third party capture card....thats pretty much more than enough reasons
