Hello everyone, let me tell you guys what I did and were I ran into a problem:

Basic specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom ii x4 960T
PSU: Corsair CX 600w
GPU: HIS Iceq HD 7950 3gb

Heres what I have done so far:

1: Downloaded new driver (14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql.exe)
2: Downloaded Driver Fusion
3: Rebooted into safe mode
4: Used Driver Fusion in safe mode to delete my AMD display drivers (whole tree)
5: Rebooted into a normal boot (not safe mode)
6: Ran the driver installer
7: Ok, heres the problem, as the catalyst control center finishes installing the drivers, I get a BSOD (system thread exception not handled)

Any and all help will be appreciated greatly, as I want to play bf4 soon.

Ok guys, I solved this problem!

It was actually a simple fix.

I went into device manager, right clicked on my graphics card (beneath display)

Then I clicked update driver, and manually browsed.
I browsed to
C:\AMD\Support\14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql\Packages\Drivers\Display\WB6A_INF

after it installed, I waited about 30 secs, then rebooted normally, and PRESTO! I was fixed.
