I have bought all the parts but the CPU and the Motherboard, What CPU should I pair with my Radeon HD 7850 OC 2GB card

Depends on if you are going to overclock your cpu. IF yes then get the 4670k else get the non k version. Amd I would get the Fx 8320. It is only $20 more than the FX 6350 and one hell of a cpu.

I5 4670K is much better beats the FX family
but if you're a amd fan go with the FX-8350 or the FX-8320 as you like

Low budget: G3258 + budget motherboard that can overclock slightly

The G3258 is coming soon and is a dual-core CPU that will cost about $73. If you buy an adequate 1150 socket motherboard you can also get a better quad-core CPU later if you don't presently have the budget.
