this is the build i have been working on for several months it is what i've gathered as, "the best"... but i dont know where to reduce price. its already $100 above budget before shipping.

this is pretty much the same thing just not able to OC.... way cheaper.... and i dont know why the prices are so much lower for the exact same parts. or why i cant find those prices on the first build.

this is litterally the most stressful thing ever.? all i want is a kickass computer... for UNDER 1200 FREAKING DOLLARS.....

Yes, I am literate...it clearly says Canada friendly shipping, but their is a big difference between the east and the west coast...Kinda like the states A$$
  6. DOTA 2 and LOL don't require high end GPUs. This build will max it out and have some money left for extra costs that might come up.

  7. i am in ontario
  8. and i want it to be overclockable so that when it starts to slow down in say 2-4 years i can over clock it to squeze the last little bit of life out of it before replacing parts.

Overclocking is nice. My 2 1/2 year old 2500k@ 4.4GHz is still faster than new locked i5s. How about this build:
