Which Computer should I buy?

I know they both kinda suck, and I know it would be better to build my own. Unfortunately I am broke and need the payment plan option. ALL I want to know, is out if these 2 computers...which one is BETTER for gaming and video editing? I need help picking. It's been a looong time since I built/bought (8 years).
What I am mainly concerned about is graphics and speed when it comes to video editing and gaming and which of these 2 computers sucks the least, lol. THANKS SO MUCH. I really appreciate your help =)

Both computers are roughly the same price. The listed price for the Dell is wrong.
They are both about $1099

The laptop is better. That Dell is wayyyyyyyyyyy over priced.

Yes. The laptop has a dedicated gpu which will help you out a bit in gaming and video editing. Keep in ming its not the best out there but def better than the Dell. The only thing going for the Dell is the 23" 1080p screen.
