OC Result: 4.6Ghz @ 1.325v
Temp: 60C

Stress Test software: AIDA64 Extreme and CINEBENCH
Result: stable

MB: ASUS z97-PRO wi-fi AC
Cooler: Thermaltake 3.0 Extreme

Newbie questions:
Is 1.325v a safe voltage for this chip? Any effect on CPU life?

Solution
A common misconception is that increasing the voltage damages the CPU and shortens its lifespan. This isn't strictly true, it's the associated increase in heat, which when left untreated, will damage the CPU.

I'll admit that 60C at 1.325V is a great result, but then, you do have a very good cooler. I'm not familiar with AIDA64 but you may want to consider another stress test and temperature monitoring application to verify the results you're getting. There's no harm in being sure.
