Hi. My son says he selected sleep mode when he was intending to shut down the computer. I am wondering however, if he selected safe mode. Now the computer won't turn on at all. There is no menu on the screen at all. The computer tower lights are on, indicating that is switched on, but nothing is appearing on the screen. The screen is black, but for the indicator that says, it too is switched on, and the HDMI2 symbol is appearing in the top left hand of the screen. The computer is connected to the TV screen. No cables have been removed, and it is only a few months old. This is a Windows 7 system. Any ideas guys?
