My computers guts are as follows:
i5-2500K CPU
8 GB 1600 DDR3 RAM
P8P67LE REV 3.0 LGA 1155 Mobo
Sapphire Radeon 6850 GDDR5 1GB 256 bit

My computer is nearing 3 years old, it was built in 2011. Right now, it can play most modern games on high everything and fairly smooth, such as Crysis 3, Metro Last Light and Batman: Arkham City, however, with Witcher 3 coming, yet another Batman game, etc, I've been working so much I fell out a little on graphics cards, and now I've seen some newer features (such as CUDAs and whatnot on them) I'm not sure what they do or mean.

So, if I can get some guidance on some examples of good modern cards but not terribly pricey to upgrade to (I do have a family to look after too), that'd be amazing! If there's more information needed, feel free to ask. Thanks for any assistance!

Just pick your price range to see the best bang for your buck.

As for CUDA, that is a nVidia productivity thing. It's not used in games and only certain and very expensive nVidia GPU's have that ability unhindered. They gimp it so people wont buy cheaper gaming GPU's for this ability and they can jack up the price for that "feature"
