i7-4770K temps normal?

So I just installed a Corsair h80i on my 4770k and was wondering what temps i should be seeing? According to RealTemp I'm idling at anywhere between 35-40c, but when I turn on prime95 and my cpu hits full load it seems to skyrocket to between 80-90c. I've never had any experience in water cooling so just wondering if this is normal for this cpu/cooler combo or is something wrong? Thanks for the help guys, you're always the best

I'm not oc'ing at all, it's running at the stock 3.5ghz

Well I was planning to OC but I guess not now. Any suggestions on what i should do? I plan on taking it apart tomorrow and re-applying thermal paste just for starters.

My first cooler was H80i and it was terribly loud at full speed. It also performed bad so I sold it. I was getting temps like you do with my 4670K. Settled for a PH-TC14PE air cooler, so much quieter.

Try re seat the cpu block at least three times.
