Apu buying help me!

Hello, i bought a computer a while back and im sick of playing games with 10-15 fps. i want to upgrade my amd e1-1200 apu with:

AMD 3.7 4 Socket F AD785KXBJABOX

but i am not sure if it would fit where my old apu is right now please help. and if it wont work could you suggest a good apu to replace my e1-1200 please?

you would have to replace the mobo aswell to upgrade the apu to anything current.

I'm not sure what the motherboard model is but I have this computer:

gateway sx2110g

not sure if you could find anything on the motherboard from that

And all of this is in a mini tower so I don't think there is room for a graphics card

how much money do you have? and yes you can fit a graphics card in a mini tower, there are plenty of low-profile cards if you need one.

If I am able to get the apu I want I will be paying $160 and around $100 for motherboard, and maybe a graphics card I have a tower from last year that is pretty big so I would spend around $500

But I am just looking for the apu for now and you said I would need a new mobo so I would probably just get a graphics card later in the year

this is what i would recommend, it will play any game on high-very high settings. however, you may need a new psu, and if thats the case, then knock the gpu down to a 280.
