Should anything be done about the holes in my computer ?

I recently built a new gaming PC and used the corsair 200r and i am wondering if i should duct tape over the holes or something ?

is the air pushing through the top holes enough to keep dust out ?

and what about the side panel holes and bottom ?

Do not duct tape the holes because then the air can't push out. I would suggest you get a dust cover/filter though. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Description=dust%20filters&Submit=ENE has some examples that will help keep dust out while allowing air flow.

So a dust filter on top and side panel would be enough ?

im guessing i dont need more fans since im only using a single gpu and i will get a CPU cooler in about 3 weeks

A few more fans could not hurt but I would wait until the system is built and you can do some temp checks. But yeah, the dust filters will help a lot.

so how about this 1x fan on the top for outflow 1x fan bottom for inflow then cover side and top panels remaning holes with dustfilters ?

i already have 2 fans preinstalled in back and front panel, not sure if its outflow or inflow

Umm the front fan should be inflow and the rear fan should be outflow. Adding fans wherever you think you can after looking at where all your components would go is a good idea. Adding fan or fans to help divert hot air out of the top of the case will help with cooling and dust too.
