Hi there i hope you can help me as this is doing my head in i have recently built a new PC but i`m having a annoying problem my graphics card wont always boot sometimes it will boot first time sometimes it takes 5-10 times when i push the power button and it boots on the motherboard all the leds CPU dram VGA boot device blink once then go out but when it doesn't boot i get all leds but not the VGA one or the boot device one but once it on its fine i`m actually posting this question on the PC in question. here is what i`ve got in the PC
