Zotac GTX 750 Ti OC has greater overclocking headroom due to presence of 6-Pin PCIe connector. Zotac also offers 5 year warranty and is a good brand.

So I would recommend Zotac GTX 750 Ti OC

I am not interested in overclocking and my psu also don't have a 6 pin connector. And in my country both the card offer 1 year warranty. But winfast price is $25 lesser than that of zotac.

So what should i do?

You should check Zotac's website, they say 2+3 years warranty.

Since if these are the only cards available, then you have no option but to stick with Leadtek Winfast.

Also you won't be able to use OC edition of Zotac's GTX 750 Ti with your PSU.

What about Zotac GTX 750 Ti (non-OC). Is that available ?

There are many reviews of Leadtek Winfast GTX 750 Ti , so you should be fine.
