best overclock settings for inno3d GT 430 128-bit

please could you give me stable overclock options for the inno3d GT 430 128-bit Stock: Core Clock 700
Stock: Memory clock 667

Every card is different, download something like MSI Afterburner and keep an eye on your temps while overclocking. If it gets unstable (test with something like Unigine Heaven), add more voltage.

Are those under load? Because 80C is pretty high and you should not let the GPU go over that. You're going to have to improve your cooling before you can actually start overclocking.

when i play games its at 60 C but at the heaven test its 80C

Then you might be able to overclock a bit. Try stepping up the core clock. If that causes instability, increase the voltage.
