I was going to build a pc but I never have before and I really just don't feel like doing it at this point. I'm looking for a pc that I could buy pre built under $1500 ready to use. Monitor, keyboard, and other accessories not included. I will be using it as a gaming pc as well as a general pc for internet use, school work, etc. I was wondering on getting an alienware aurora, but I'm still not sure and really need some help as I am really new to learning about the parts of a pc and what to buy. But I do know I'd like to have decent memory and a nice gpu. As well as at least 1 tb hardrive and an ssd if possible. Overall just a reliable and solid build with top performance and room for upgradeability for the price range. If I could get the best possible build for under $1500 and a way to buy it direct over the internet it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Have a look round some websites such as http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/ which they build the pc for you and have it delivered, but building the pc yourself would be cheaper and you would have a wider variety of parts to choose from.

Thanks. And I know it's better to build but I'm just paranoid I'll mess something up.

Building a pc is actually really easy if you have the patience, plenty of youtube tutorials should make you more confident in building one, but with those expensive parts its always best to let somebody else build it for you:)

One thing you may notice here at Tom's, we tend to push for building your own PC. There are quite a few reasons for that; 1) Not difficult, if you can follow directions, plug things in and use a screwdriver, you've got the building skills needed. 2) Good learning experience, you'll then know what all of your components are and where they are. 3) Personal Pride, it's kind of a nice feeling to look at your machine and know you did it - hell, I've been building PC's for over 20 years and I still get that feeling with each build - just a certain satisfaction there

I really do agree with you, I built my first pc at 13 years old and I had the same feeling before and afterwards.

just built an ibuypower (didn't buy yet), and when I scrolled over a 29" widescreen monitor, it was free? It's over $500, but it's in my cart and says "+0" next to it, not affecting my subtotal. It just seems too good to be true... Here's the monitor if u want to look it up: "29" 2560x1080 LG 29UB65-P -- 21:9 Ultrawide FHD, IPS Monitor"

Very unusual, try building the pc again to see if its a web glitch. if not then you are in luck:)
