If this is a prebuilt system then you should try one of two things. Either call or contact the manufacturer since they usually use "bulk" windows codes OR ask a friend or family member (or download one which is not suggested by myself or this forum) for a windows 7 disc since all you may need is the repair options depending on the severity of the issue.

You will likely have to delete the vista partition and then use the repair options to fix the boot devices. Honestly we have no idea what the severity of the issue is since we were not there with you, nor are we there now. If you could provide any more info that would be extremely beneficial.
