Hi, i have a pretty entry level pc. I really do enjoy pc gaming though. Older games ive managed to push 60fps with max graphics. With newer titles, i can bearly get 40fps. So i decided to lock the frames to 30fps with graphics maxed out, but i feel this lag or latency whenever i perform any action in-game. I know this is called input lag, what im basically asking is "how does an xbox minimize this lag @ 30fps, and is it possible to do this on pc". i have capped my framerate on certain games with rivatuner.
