everything looks good. One suggestion, wait for a few more weeks, the i7 4790k will be released and it will run at a higher clock but also at the same price as the i7 4770k. If you get the 4790k, you would need to get a Z97 motherboard. You could get the Z97 version of your motherboard.

Man, I wish I had enough money to build a PC like that.

There's nothing that could be improved there to be honest. You have pretty much picked the best components that have been released, so how could you improve the best PC possible? :D
