Advice please. Will the Radeon R7 260X Oc 2 Gb Gddr5 on my computer?

Hi
I have been offered a Radeon R7 260X Oc 2 Gb Gddr5 graphics card but i am not sure it perform well with my current computer hardware.
Here are the specifications of my computer

Windows 7 64 bit
Mother board M68mt-s2
Processor AMD Athlon (Tm) II x 4 640 processor (4 cpu) 3.0~ghz
Memory 8192 Ram
Display Geforce 7600GT

You just wont be able to run it with the Nvidia Graphics Card. Pull that old 7600 out and put in the new AMD R7. The R7 has no comparison to the old 7600.

Yep that processor is a great match for the 260x,stronger cards would see noticeable bottlenecks.

Just as long as your Powersupply is up for it.

Got the Graphics card and installed it with the correct software but the text on my screen seems to be very blurry and broken. I have attached a screen shot

Have you uninstalled the old Nvidia Display Drivers?

He said he installed the correct software from AMD which the video driver is the AMD Catalyst Driver.

Yeah I have took all the old nvidia drivers out Logical.
Its a TV Swifty.

go into the CCC. look for DTV. HDTV support. pick your poison.
