EVGA makes decent cooling solutions and offer excellent customer support, but there are quieter cooling systems from different brands. Asus, MSI, Gigabyte , have cool and quiet cards too. But since you're gonna SLI, I recommend liquid cooling as SLI generates a lot of heat.
Don't forget the PSU! If it's not strong enough, it wouldn't be able to safely power the system.

it has room for large watercooling but i think i dont need it - it has 2 x 200mm front fans, 2 x 200mm top fans, 1 x 120mm rear fan and 2 x 120 mm bottom fans.. + noctua nh-d14 which actually cools not only the processor but the whole system a lil
