Skyrim total crash! What do I do?

Hi all,
I am still getting crashes on Skyrim.
I have uploaded an unlisted video so you guys can see what is happening.

Here are my System Specs:

Intel Core i7 4770K @ 4.2GHz cooled by a Corsair H80i
ASUS GTX 780 Ti w/ DirectCU II OC @ 1040MHz & 7040MHz
16GB Kingston HyperX Beast RAM
Gigabyte GAZ87X-D3H Motherboard
1TB Seagate Barracude HDD
250GB Samsung 840 Evo SSD (that Skyrim is on)

I am using the ENB AntiFreeze, and my drivers are the latest (337.88).

No idea what is causing this crash, or where to start looking!
These mods worked fine on my old laptop, no idea what's making it crash now.
Please don't just say "uninstall all mods they make your game crash" - I've heard it before, and it still crashes. If there is one particular mod making this happen, I would appreciate your help in finding it.
I know it's not faulty hardware, it works on every other game (even as intensive as Watch_Dogs, Battlefield 4, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag) so it's not that.

Try running BOSS, it might help if you happen to be using incompatible mods: http://boss-developers.github.io/

If BOSS doesn't find any issues, I recommend disabling the last 10 mods. If the crashes still happen, enable those mods and disable the next 10 and so on until you stop crashing. Then you can narrow it down to 1 mod.

EDIT: Also, have you changed anything in the INI files?

I've run LOOT (the spiritual successor to BOSS) several times... no luck .
