Hi,
I think my CPU is bottle-necking my newly purchase GTX 760

I am very new to Overclocking.
Kindly inform me that how to overclock CPU in detail (Step-by-step).

CPU: AMD FX-4100
Motherboard: ASUS M5A88-M
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB)
GPU: ASUS GeForce® GTX 760 DirectCU II OC
PSU: Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2UK 600 Watt
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X
Monitor: Dell 21.5 inch LED - ST2220L

Oh, very sorry, I thought that motherboard was for APUs (as they are called A88X).

Personally I'd just upgrade your CPU instead of OCing, you won't see enough of a gain to override the bottleneck.
